1. Introduction & Purpose
DANEXGEN™ is dedicated to supplying premium Japanese matcha to professional buyers worldwide — including cafés, restaurants, beverage brands, bakeries, hotels, and distributors. This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all wholesale accounts and transactions with DANEXGEN.
By submitting a wholesale application or placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to comply fully with this policy. DANEXGEN reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with notice provided to active accounts via email.
2. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale pricing and accounts are available exclusively to registered businesses. To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold a valid business registration, ABN, EIN, or equivalent tax/business identification number
- Operate as a legitimate commercial entity (café, restaurant, bakery, hospitality group, distributor, retailer, or food & beverage brand)
- Intend to use DANEXGEN products for commercial resale or professional preparation
- Agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Wholesale Policy
DANEXGEN reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Application Process
To open a wholesale account, prospective buyers must:
- Submit a wholesale application via www.danexgen.com/wholesale or by emailing sales@danexgen.com
- Provide proof of business registration and intended use of products
- Allow up to 3–5 business days for application review and approval
- Upon approval, receive account login credentials to access wholesale pricing on the DANEXGEN online store
Incomplete applications will not be processed. DANEXGEN may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
4. Pricing & Minimum Order Requirements
4.1 Wholesale Pricing Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved accounts and visible only upon login. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price displayed at the time of order placement.
5. Payment Terms
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a credit arrangement has been separately agreed upon in writing
- Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other methods displayed at checkout
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Invoices will be issued electronically upon order confirmation
- DANEXGEN does not offer net-30 or net-60 payment terms by default; credit terms require written approval and may require a credit application
6. Ordering & Order Processing
- Wholesale orders are placed through the DANEXGEN online store (login required) or via email to sales@danexgen.com
- All orders are subject to product availability; DANEXGEN will notify buyers if any items are out of stock
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Order confirmations will be sent via email; please review all details and notify us immediately of any errors
- DANEXGEN reserves the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be for non-commercial personal use
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Domestic Shipping Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
7.2 International Shipping DANEXGEN ships internationally; delivery times and costs vary by country. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. DANEXGEN is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
7.3 Freight & Large Orders For orders exceeding 20 kg or requiring pallet freight, please contact DANEXGEN directly to arrange a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.
8. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods
8.1 Damaged or Defective Products If products arrive damaged or defective, buyers must notify DANEXGEN within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@danexgen.com with the order number, photographic evidence of the damage, and a description of the issue. DANEXGEN will assess the claim and, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
8.2 Change of Mind Returns Due to the perishable nature of matcha and food safety standards, DANEXGEN does not accept returns on the basis of change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.
8.3 Incorrect Orders In the event of an incorrect shipment, please contact DANEXGEN within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched and provide instructions for returning the incorrect items at no cost to the buyer.
9. Product Use & Resale
- Wholesale products may be resold as part of beverages, food items, or packaged goods
- Buyers must not resell DANEXGEN products in their original, unopened packaging as a competing retail product without prior written consent
- Any use of the DANEXGEN name, logo, or trademarks requires explicit written approval
- Buyers must comply with all applicable local food safety, labelling, and import regulations in their jurisdiction
10. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing is confidential and exclusive to approved accounts. Wholesale buyers agree not to publicly disclose, advertise, or share DANEXGEN wholesale pricing with non-account holders, competitors, or on any public platform including social media, review sites, or forums.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
DANEXGEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account under the following circumstances: breach of this policy, non-payment or fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale of products, conduct harmful to the DANEXGEN brand, or failure to meet minimum order requirements over any consecutive 12-month period. Account termination may be carried out without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
12. Intellectual Property
All branding, imagery, copy, and product names produced by DANEXGEN are protected intellectual property. Wholesale accounts are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use DANEXGEN product images and descriptions solely for promoting DANEXGEN products within their business. Any other use requires prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
This Wholesale Policy shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DANEXGEN is registered. By entering into a wholesale arrangement with DANEXGEN, buyers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
